1. Slice medium tomatoes (6-7 ea) in round shape and put them in a plate nicely overlapped each other.
2. Sprinkle the chopped red onion (1/2 medium) to cover the tomotoes.
3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cup) on the top of the red onion.
4. Sprinkle a little bit of basil (dry or fresh) to flavor if you have. Can be omitted.
5. Pour Kraft Redwine Vinegarette Dressing when served.
