It's a good size, even heat & easy cleanup. I was concerned about it not being a no-stick pan, but its performance won me over the first time I used it.

Cooks very evenly - we love it! June 2, 2008
This pan is not only pretty, but it cooks extremely evenly. Do not use metal utensils while cooking with these pans - I wasn't thinking and did scratch mine a bit. You'll love this pan!

Wish I could afford the whole collection! May 10, 2008
I have wanted this pan for a long, long time, and I was finally able to get it. All I can say is that I wish I had bought it before. It's an amazing pan, food cooks evenly, nothing sticks, washes easily --- I'm happy to have it and strongly recommend it. A worthwhile investment!

I just love this pan. I use this pan almost every night. It cleans up beautiful. I just purchased this for my son and his wife and they love it also.
