5 out of 5 stars Pasta machine   July 28, 2005
2 out of 2 found this review helpful

I had been looking for a pasta machine that was not too expensive, as I was wanting to try to use it for a non-food project I was working on. The Arcosteel product on Amazon.com was just what I needed;solid product with that was inexpensive enough to try my experiment. I appreciated that quickness of the shipping. All in all, I am very pleased with my shopping experience with Amazom.com.

3 out of 5 stars Does its job   July 28, 2005

It does its job...probably not for long! It's made from cheap material. The metal covers are thin and can get dented easily. The handle can fall off easily. The cover on the size selector dial doesn't even fit!

5 out of 5 stars It IS adjustable   November 15, 2004

Just got it yesterday and tried it. Very good experience. So much easier than making noodle by hand. It is adjustable and has 7 thickness choices.

4 out of 5 stars A nice pasta machine   November 4, 2004

This is a good pasta machine. The price is very good. The thickness is adustable although it is not metioned in the introduction. It is not so good when the dough is very dry. But for this price, I would not complain.

2 out of 5 stars Not what I hoped for   October 13, 2004

While I'm sure it's a perfectly fine pasta roller, it is completely unadjustable and therefore unsuited to my needs. If you want a machine that will roll dough or clay to varying thicknesses, look elsewhere.
