After much thought and research, I chose the Tervis insulated cup for my coffee over the Bodum. I find the Tervis cools down the coffee too quickly for my liking due to the wide mouth. I did buy the Bodum and am enjoying them using them gently to avoid breaking. I am looking forward to trying cold drinks in the Tervis this summer.

I have subjected my Tervis thermal mugs to very cold and hot liquids. They have not shown any scratches or cracks. They are all I will ever buy again!!

I ordered these after trying many, many plastic type thermal cups. They all cracked, separated or looked really ugly after a short period of use. I've been using this Tervis mug for a few weeks and love it. They are thermal and look great. I like having the look of clear glass and shatterproof and thermal features. I have ordered a couple of these cups and two sets of the larger cups. These cups are so durable, I don't plan on buying anymore Tervis cups ever except as gifts or to expand my collection.

Polycarbonate is light and strong. Double wall keeps hot drinks hot longer. No sweating if filled with cold drinks. Will get cloudy over time due to dishwasher/use. Tervis makes quality. I've bought cheap double-walled mugs and the seams fail and moisture get in between the walls. I've had Tervis mugs almost 5 years of everyday use. No issues. Love em.
