Product Description

It isn't meant to replace your existing one (that should work for a lifetime), but when your filter is in the wash, a spare makes your Dyson available for use anytime. Vacuum sold separately.

Nothing but a run around from Dyson and several other stores that you would think would quickly ship this item. Amazon shipped it in one day and my vacuum was back in service.

I've had the original for almost 4 years, since Dyson first came out with "The Animal." It filters just fine. So, why not 5 stars? Because I bought the wrong one, or the wrong one was sent. Three inch graphics don't distinguish the various Dyson models very well. Make sure you're got the right one before you open the package ... or before you order for that matter.
