Crafted from premium lead-free glass, Riedel's Wine Series is an attractive and functional line of wine glasses, featuring the most popular bowl shapes of the more expensive Vinum collection. The glasses are machine-made in Europe by renowned glassmakers and feature a faceted stem with tiered decorations at the top and base. The thin rims are cut and polished so that wine flows well onto the tongue, and the bowl shapes emphasize bouquet. This set of four Pinot/Nebbiolo glasses is ideal for full-bodied red wines with high acidity and moderate tannins, and the large bowl is a fitting shape for the wine's complex aroma. This is my second purchase of these glasses. I broke 2 of the first 4 while handwashing. Now I have 6. I still like them though. They are a nice size, good value and perfect for Pinot Noir. My advice would be to hand wash gently.

Best bet for your hard earned dollars. I've had these about 6 months now and am very happy. Also bought a set for my brother and he loves them as well.
