great glass at good price October 21, 2008
Spigalau makes some of the best glasswares on the market, and it is more durable than the much more expensive Ridel counterpart. While I enjoy drinking expensive wines from the huge Ridel Vinum, I do not feel that I am sacrificing anything with my Spigalau. This is the primary brand of glassware of my household, and I will continue to recommend this brand for any, amateur or serious, wine drinkers

Beautiful September 9, 2008
But way too fragile. These glasses have been broken while being hand washed. The few remaining now are relegated to the back of the cabinet and labeled 'the good ones'. For the money, try something a bit thicker at the rim, hopefully the'll be less fragile. (Or just go to the dollar store, and care a bit less if one gets dropped.)

perfect November 26, 2007
I love these glasses. I have owned them for years and use them weekly. I wash them in the dishwasher. They are tall but the top rack of my dishwasher can be moved down for space. I own 40 of these and use them for parties as well. I have only broken 2. One fell off a deck 3 stories up and one fell on a granite counter. They look fragile but I have found suprisingly strong.

We have been using these for over a year now. These are wonderful glasses. Beautiful, well made,and balanced. They are perfect for swirling. Much better buy than Riedel, IMO. I highly recommend them.

Great Glasses April 18, 2007
What's to say? Great look, great shape, very nice wine glasses. I honestly don't know if my wine tastes that much better in good glasses, but it's certainly a pleasure to drink from them. Good quality for a very reasonable price!

I will add that if Amazon did have a problem with shipping them intact, they seem to have solved it. My glasses arrived securely double-boxed, totally intact.
