Product Description
Like all SCANPAN Titanium Cookware, the Scanpan Titanium Non-stick Crepe Pan has excellent cooking properties and is very easy to clean. The ceramic titanium is burnt on to the aluminium pan at very high temperatures before the non-stick coating is applied, producing a surface on which it is safe to use all types of kitchen utensils, even metal spatulas. The non-stick surface is so effective it is possible to cook without fat. The ergonomic Bakelite handles are fitted using a patented spring-lock system that will never come loose. The Scanpan Titanium Non-stick Crepe Pan is ovenproof to 260C.
