Piping hot tea at 15 degrees outside anyone? February 2, 2008
I run on warm liquids even in the summertime this thermos is the perfect size for a whole pot of tea. It will keep it piping hot for 10 hours and warm for up to 2and a half days my only complaint/suggestion is that it would be nice if they included a brush to help clean it. When you do use this thermos BE SURE to PREHEAT it or it will drop the temperature 15 to 25 degrees I do construction work this thermos stands up to the abuse of tossing 20-40 feet into dirt...although I would not recommend doing it regularly,I have been abusing it for about 2 months now using it 5-6 days a week.Also be sure to clean it with something like bleach and or rubbing alcohol for better tasting tea and coffee and do rinse throughly!

I will update this review when or if this thermos succumbs to my abuse.

Thermos Stainless Steel 61oz Vacuum insulated bottle March 19, 2007

My husband is a truck driver and has this 61oz thermos for work. This thermos is wonderful. It keeps the coffee hot all night. I am replaceing it after many years because the handle broke. Other then that it still works. I am so glad we found this stainless steel thermos because we went through so many glass lined ones before finding it. My husband won't leave to work without it. It takes a beating and is well worth the money.
