Annoying Buzzers through the cycle that cannot be turned off, don't run it night time, it will wake up neighbors.

Washed twice the same load and cloths got really soaked (as they suppose to be) that the machine would refuse to go into spin cycle.

Takes half of the detergent(good) but you are stuck to a specific product(bad)

Just received the unit.
Works great. Its essentially exactly the same as the one it replaced, which is 18 years old. This model is updated with the more modern washer unit on the bottom. How reliable do I expect this one to be.... My old one was: Dropped off a moving truck, fell down stairs to a basement, was hit by a bullet that came through the wall of our house from a hunter, and it kept on working!
My only concern on the whole purchase was that I was not able to get delivery under Amazon Prime, so I paid $188 to get it delivered. I'm not sure how the other reviewer managed it. I would love to know.
It was still about $200 cheaper than buying the same one from Lowes with delivery and tax.
Looking forward to another 18 years of great service and dependability.

This product is perfect. It's quiet, works well, cleans and dries my clothes perfectly the first time and that best part is it's completely silent. I recommend it for anyone.

I ran the washer 3 times and the timer broke, had to call a repair service and wait 2 weeks for the part. It is fixed and working now. I do like the front loading. Dryer works fine. I like that it required just a 220 plug as I was putting it in a closet where there was no electric before.

Im very happy with this product. The front loading washer works well and is extremely quiet. I have the machine installed in a laundry area in the kitchen of a condo so noise was a factor for us. The washer is very quiet and it can be hard to tell if the machine is even running without actually looking at it. The dryer is not as quiet, and I would say it makes about as much noise as a typical stand alone dryer.

I had no problems with delivery, installation, or removal of the shipping hardware as other reviewers have. One note of caution, however. The machine is quite heavy and the packaging is bulky. We had two adult men to move the dryer from the curb to the laundry area and it was a bit of a struggle at times. Obviously we expected a heavy unit for a washer dryer, but it was even heavier and bulkier than expected.

The only annoying thing about this unit so far is that it does not seem possible to turn off the end of cycle alert for the dryer. It seems a bit odd for a machine that prides itself on being quiet to have a very loud annoying buzzer that can not be turned off. I am seriously thinking about taking the unit apart and finding the buzzer to disable it.

Overall, the machine is quite good. The price was great!!!. We joined amazon prime and got free shipping. We did not have to pay sales tax. In addition, the price on amazon was about $250 less than our local retailer. Between taxes, free delivery with amazon prime, and a great price i figure amazon saved us >$350 on this unit. How can you beat that?
