Whether saved for special occasions or used every day, the Montana-pattern flatware adds flair to any table. The business ends of the utensils are made of highly polished 18/10 stainless steel, while the handles display a satin finish. Hands of all sizes will find the heft just right. We admire the simple, clean lines of Montana flatware. It works equally well for everyday use, or fancy table settings. The satin finished handles and very clean lines provide just enough "dress up" to lend itself to more sophisticated tablesettings. And it ages well, maintaining its look without the need of polish, or anymore effort than to place it in the dishwasher. So often one sees flatware or silverware patterns fight for attention against lovely china color and pattern, or pretty crystal cuts, not so with Montana. The flatware simply looks great with everything from grandma's victorian florals to sleek modern designs. The weight is substantial, compared to the more common flatware on the market, and reminds one of fine silverware, rather than stainless steel flatware. And pieces sit well in your hand. They just feel good. If you want an elegant but effortless everyday flatware, which can make the leap to more refined tablesettings, this is a set I highly recommend.
