1 out of 5 stars Champagne Lite   February 14, 2007

I had hoped that this may be a useful book to add to my growing collection of champagne books, particularly for suggestions in matching various styles of champagne to food. However, this is a condensed coffee-table book that provides some very basic facts but lacks substance. If you are wanting to learn more about champagne and would prefer some detail, I would recommend 'Champagne for Dummies' by Ed McCarthy.
